For ten years, Frank represented employers, for a national Human Resource consulting firm, who were in need of representation due to Department of Labor (Wage and Hour Division), and EEOC (Equal Employment Opportunity Commission) disputes. He has handled a total of more than 300 investigations, ranging in scope from simple overtime or record keeping violations, to class action claims of discrimination. Since Frank is not an attorney, the agencies and employers are guided toward resolution instead of litigation. After the rigors of extensive travel, Frank moved to a regional payroll and benefit administration firm, which grew to be one of the largest independent payroll service bureaus in the country. This experience has equipped him to evaluate and recommend payroll / HR / benefit administration systems that increase efficiencies of staff and fee expenses. Frank brings to Moneywise Solutions and its clients a rich experience in practical solutions.
