After running his own family business in the mountains of Virginia for a decade, Frank began a career of helping others make the most of their business opportunities by managing and responding to the liability issues of the employment relationships that can make or break businesses. He has worked closely with hundreds of family owned and privately held business deal with the intricacies of human resource management and compliance with numerous government employment regulations.

For ten years, Frank represented employers, for a national Human Resource consulting firm, who were in need of representation due to Department of Labor (Wage and Hour Division), and EEOC (Equal Employment Opportunity Commission) disputes.

He has handled a total of more than 300 investigations, ranging in scope from simple overtime or record keeping violations, to class action claims of discrimination. Since Frank is not an attorney, the agencies and employers are guided toward resolution instead of litigation.

After the rigors of extensive travel, Frank moved to a regional payroll and benefit administration firm, which grew to be one of the largest independent payroll service bureaus in the country. This experience has equipped him to evaluate and recommend payroll / HR / benefit administration systems that increase efficiencies of staff and fee expenses.

Frank brings to Moneywise Solutions and its clients a rich experience in practical solutions. This allows you to focus on business growth and customers, without the worrying about effective risk management related to employees and benefits.

Bill Pomeroy is a Partner at MoneyWise Solutions and has been part of the greater Richmond and Chesterfield County community for over a dozen years. He has been involved in several successful businesses and was a member of Greater Richmond Chamber of Commerce and the Retail Merchants Association.

Bill has demonstrated a keen ability to solve problems, profitably manage finances and manage and motivate people. His passion has always been to serve people whether in the business community or through local church activities.

Bill has taken his ability to lead people and successfully taught others through Line Service Supervisor training how to grow a team of people through proper management skills. He believes, a companies greatest assets are the people, and he teaches skills and techniques on how to develop your companies greatest assets. He is a leader among leaders and can inspire your team to move to the next greater level of leadership.
